Wind farm Nij Hiddum Houw
Water Board Friesland and the Municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân successfully acquired a 20 MW wind farm from Vattenfall. Enber played a key role in this transaction by preparing the business case, negotiating the purchase terms, and guiding the due diligence process. Additionally, we supported the authorized bodies in their decision-making process. Since the acquisition in 2023, Enber has continued to advise the wind farm’s management on operational matters, ensuring efficient and sustainable performance.

SHEC – Dolten II
The floating solar park Dolten II, with a capacity of approximately 27 MWp, is located next to the previously acquired Dolten I. With this acquisition, SHEC and FSFE have set the trend for local ownership in the northern part of The Netherlands. Enber assisted the buyers with the valuation, negotiations, financing, and project management.

Groningen Seaports
The Groningen Seaports port authority leases land positions to companies. By offering locally generated green electricity, it enhances its business environment. Therefore, in the development of various wind farms in the region, an option for a minority stake was secured. When it came time to exercise these options, Enber guided Groningen Seaports through the process. Enber conducted the negotiations, including the purchase and the integration into the documentation of a consortium of international financiers.

Solar Park Graafsebaan / Brabantstroom
Graafsebaan Solar Park is a standout example of sustainability combined with social responsibility. The initiative, led by Cooperative Brabantstroom, aims to generate renewable energy and make it both accessible and affordable for local residents, with a particular focus on social housing tenants. Members benefit from direct access to affordable, locally produced electricity from the solar park’s panels. Enber played a key role in mediating negotiations with the original developer and guiding the project through to financial close, ensuring a successful and socially inclusive energy transition.

After a thorough negotiation process, a reputable investor acquired an equity stake and provided a shareholder loan to finance the necessary development expenses (Devex), ensuring the project’s continued progress and financial viability.

Roger Renewable Energy
A leading hydrogen consultant and supplier is expanding its operations into green hydrogen production. To support the company’s growth, Enber is advising on raising equity at the holding level and securing project financing for multiple hydrogen production plants ranging from 20 MW to 50 MW. As part of this process, we have developed a comprehensive financial model and prepared an information memorandum to facilitate investor engagement and funding acquisition.
