Municipality Gooise Meren
Following a funded pilot with an energy cooperative, which revealed that the business case was not viable, we partnered with an engineering firm to assess the selected heating technology against alternative individual and collective solutions. Once the optimal technology was identified, we reviewed the existing business case, refining it with updated analyses and a comprehensive sensitivity assessment. This provided valuable insights into feasibility, ultimately enabling the project to secure financing.

Danish Board of District Heating (DBDH)
Enber is collaborating with the Danish Board of District Heating and the municipality of Súdwest Fryslân to develop a financeable organizational model for local governments. In partnership with our Danish counterparts, we assess best practices from Denmark and adapt them for application in the Netherlands, providing local governments with a scalable blueprint. Additionally, the BNG, VNG, and the Province of Fryslân are actively involved in this project.

Frisian Municipalities
For three Frisian municipalities, Enber organized a series of knowledge sessions to gather input for structuring heating companies in each municipality. Tailored solutions were provided, and collaboration was encouraged where feasible. The developed structures served as key inputs for the internal decision-making process.
